Being raised in a big family I was always surrounded by littles, looking back I can see how my life circumstances shaped me to show up with compassion, care and empathy.

I have been married to my husband Trevor for over 11 years and we have three active boys (1,4 and 9). We live in Aumsville and believe that life works so much better when you aren’t doing it alone. You can find me homeschooling, camping, cooking, singing and soaking in Gods word.

Having walked a Type 1 Diabetes journey with my own son, I know how overwhelming the medical world can be. I am deeply passionate about cutting through the noise so you always feel heard, informed, and in control.
